Day 1DELHI- MANALI

Reporting time at Volvo Bus Stand at New Delhi and take over night Volvo bus for Manali drive to Manali- Over Night Journey To Manali.

Day 3MANALI –KEYLONG/JISPA (135 Kms ,5-6 HRS)

We will make an early start towards Tandi/Keylong/ Jispa , our next night halt. the abundance of greenery and trees dramatically disappears into arid landscapes as we ascend the steep mountains over Rohtang Pass. We can expect a few muddy tracks at times. Overnight at guest house.

Day 5Leh –Local

After breakfast visit local sightseeing Santi stupa, with Hall of Fame. (It is a glorious museum constructed by Indian army) , Hemis Monastery and Explore local market in Evening at leh Night stay at hotel.

Day 7NUBRA - TURTUK – HUNDER- NUBRA VALLEY (Diskit) – 90 Km one side

After breakfast drive to reach Turtuk (Last village of an Indian side on Pakistan border)- Enjoy shoyok valley and blackish mountains of karakoram range. Drive to Nubra valley while coming visit White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride here (On Own) or just chill out at the dunes and Back to diskit villag. – Overnight stay .

Day 9PANGONG LAKE – LEH ( 150 KM 4-5 HRS)

Post breakfast Enjoy photography around lake and drive to Leh via Chang-la pass (5360Mtrs). On arrival check in at hotel and in the evening free to explore market place.

Day 11Kargil – SRINAGAR (212 KM)

After breakfast N-hour Drive from Kargil we will reach kargil war memorial- Spend some time at war memorial , later proceed to reach Sonmarg via drass & Zozila Pass . Night stay enjoy sonmarg beauty and drive to reach Srinagar – Reach Srinagar around Day Time Check-in at House Boat – Enjoy Shikara Ride at Dal lake .

Day 2MANALI

Morning Arrival at Manali. Transfer to Hotel and take rest and later sight seeing at Manali- Hadimba Temple and Solang Valley Enjoy evening at Old Manali .Overnight Manali.

Day 4JISPA - SARCHU-LEH (3505 MT) (253 KMS: 8-9 HRS)

Beyond Tandi, the regions main town, the road follows the Bhaga River up towards its source. It hairpins up to the Baralacha-La (16050 ft/4,892m), a pass that is perhaps unique in its being a tri-junction, with a trail from Spiti coming in from the southeast.
The Zanskar Range remains to be crossed and this takes two more passes, the La Chung-La (16,600ft/5,059m) and the Tanglang La (17,469ft/5,325m). Leh is rapidly spreading in all directions from its original position beneath the long abandoned Namgyal Palace. While the town has come a long way from the days when polo was played on its main street, Leh still remains a pleasant, traditional Himalayan town. Overnight in hotel.

Day 6LEH - NUBRA (125 KM)

Early Morning drive to Nubra Valley. (05 Hrs Drive from Leh about 125 Km). By crossing Khardongla18300 Ft/5602 m. The highest motor able road in the world ,Nubra Valley (Altitude: 3,150 mtr) ; Formarly known as Lyumra means ‘A Valley of flora’ with numerous high altitude yellow roses, apple and apricot orchards dotting its landscape. Lying approximately 1,300 ft/400m lower than Leh, Nubra sports a much milder climate, which enables its inhabitants to cultivate more extensively, as compared to their counterparts in the main Indus Valley. Visit Diskit monastery in evening. Overnight in Hotel.


DESKIT VILLAGE


Diskit is the main village of headquarter of Nubra valley, which has a small market consisting of a row of shops and about 500 years old Gompa on the hilltop. Spectacular view of the valley can be seen form the monastery.

DESKIT GOMPA


Diskit Gompa was founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo of Stod in about 1420 AD during the reign of King Dragspa. About 100 monks are residing in the Gompa, which is a branch of Thikse Monastery. The monastic festival called Gustor takes place on 20th and 21st days of the 12th month of Tibetan calendar.

HUNDAR VILLAGE


Hundar is a beautiful village to stay with lot of trees and you will really enjoy your stay at Hundar. It has a small monastery and ruined fort above the village. The walk or Camel Safari (Double Hump bacterian camels) from Hundar to Deskit, through sand dunes for two hours is wonderful.

Day 8NUBRA - DISKIT –PANGONG LAKE (135 Km)

Breakfast at the Hotel; proceed to Pangong Lake directly via Shyok village i the restricted area close to Tibet. Pangong Lake is located on the high altitude plains of Changtang (around 4400 mtrs) This area is inhabited by nomads who make their living from pashmina goats. The lake is located on the border to Tibet with half belonging to China and half to India. On arrival Overnight stay at the Fixed Camp.

Day 10LEH – KARGIL (220Km)

After breakfast- start Ride to Reach to reach Kargil –While visiting , Gurudwara Patthar Sahib Nestled deep in the Himalayas, which was built by the Lamas of Leh in 1517 while Crossing (Fatu-la top highest point-13479ft) and magnetic hill and Lamayuru monastery (ancient monastery) . Reach kargil. Enjoy Evening at Kargil.

Day 12SRINAGAR – AIRPORT DROP

After Breakfast Visit Local market & Nishat Garden and Drop to Airport & board your flight from Srinagar to Your Destination.
